About me

I am a clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and general life stressors (relationships, work, transitions). I specialize in delivering cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused, and mindfulness and acceptance-based therapies, with a focus on reducing symptoms and increasing quality of life and valued action. I create a warm, supportive, collaborative and non-judgmental space with clients and flexibly apply evidence-based interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

  • Received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University

  • Completed clinical training at renowned institutions, including McLean Hospital's Behavioral Health Partial Program, Boston University’s Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, Massachusetts General Hospital’s Depression Clinical and Research Program, and VA Boston Healthcare System (in the PTSD Clinic, Women’s Trauma Recovery Team, General Mental Health Clinic, and Center for Returning Veterans)

  • Trained and worked in the Women’s Health Sciences Division and the Behavioral Science Division of the National Center for PTSD at VA Boston Healthcare System

  • Worked for several years as the Director of Dissemination and Implementation for an Intimate Partner Violence treatment program, offering training and consultation to interdisciplinary providers nationally

As a clinical psychologist, I both value and contribute to evidence-based practice.
